Abstract Submissions
Period for Submissions
September 1, 2013: Opening for submissions
November 30, 2013: First-stage deadline (following the deadline, reviews will be conducted and acceptance or non-acceptance promptly notified)
January 31, 2014: Second-stage deadline (following the deadline, reviews will be conducted and acceptance or non-acceptance notified by March 30, 2014)
February 28, 2014: Third-stage deadline (following the deadline, reviews will be conducted and acceptance or non-acceptance promptly notified)
March 18, 2014 (U.S. Eastern Daylight Time): Fourth-stage deadline (final deadline) (following the deadline, reviews will be conducted and acceptance or non-acceptance promptly notified)
Thank you for your continuing support for the 35th International Association for Human Caring Conference, SIG on Transcultural Nursing and Caring, and the 6th Annual Conference of Society of Cultural Nursing Studies. As of April 14, 2014, 486 abstracts have been accepted. We would like to express our appreciation to all concerned for the large number of abstracts that were submitted. Abstract submissions are now closed.
Applications for Abstracts
Applications for all abstracts to be presented at the 35th International Association for Human Caring Conference; SIG on Transcultural Nursing and Caring; and the 6th Annual Conference of Society of Cultural Nursing Studies will be accepted and processed via the registration system in use for the 35th International Association for Human Caring Conference. Please submit your registration online in accordance with the Guidelines for all submitted abstracts for the 35th International Association for Human Caring Conference, as shown below.
Announcement of the review result notification
We have delivered the review results up to receipt number 486 by e-mail. Please contact the e-mail address below as soon as possible, if you have not yet received an e-mail concerning review result notification.
Points to note
- 1) Abstracts of all presentations (both from oral sessions and poster sessions) will be published in the International Journal for Human Caring, Volume 18, Number 3, 2014.
- 2) It will be possible to make multiple presentations irrespective of whether you are representative presenter (speaker) or collaborators (co-authors).
- 3) There are two presentation styles: poster session sessions (arguments utilizing paper posters) and oral/podium sessions (arguments presented orally). Please be advised that the desired presentation style may be changed depending on the composition of the respective programs.
- 4) Please upload your abstract as a Microsoft Word document.
